- Firstly take a cauliflower n muttor, clean n wash cut d small cauliflower florest pieces, n soak with water at least five minutes.
- And pressure cook 1 to 2 whistle, after that switch off d gas n remove from d cooker n keep a side.
- Now take all d above ingredients together heat d pan pour oil.
- Take all d whole garam masala, now oil is hot add cumin seeds, bay leaf, green cardamom, cloves big Cardomom n cinnamon stick.
- Saute for a minutes now add chopped onion n salt mix it well.
- And cook till d colour change after that add tomato puree, n mix it well n cook for a minutes.
- Now add ginger garlic paste n green chilli paste, mix it well add red chilli powder and garam masala, kitchen King masala, Kashmiri Lal powder kanda lahsun masala.
- Mix it well n cook, now add boil cauliflower n muttor mix it well.
